Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project and ensuring safe, timely access to the property. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check. Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to late fees.

Limitations and Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our expertise, licensing, or safety guidelines. We do not perform major electrical, plumbing, or structural work that requires specialized licensing.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, Art Handyman is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages resulting from factors beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
