Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Art Handyman, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service guarantees.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover lost time and scheduling costs.

Refunds and Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary rework or partial refund, depending on the situation. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.

No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives at your property and is unable to access the work area or you are not present as scheduled, a no-show fee may apply.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
